What we collect. When you join, donate or sponsor, we collect your name, mailing address and email so the chapter knows who its members and sponsors are. Credit card details go to Clover, never to us.

Photos. Nobody who attends an event is identifiable in what we publish. Message us on Instagram or email yrtmidland@outlook.com to have a photo removed.

Mailing list. If you sign up, we keep your email and first name to send event announcements and chapter news. Message us on Instagram or email yrtmidland@outlook.com to be removed.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts.

Retention. Contribution records are kept for the chapter's books and removed on request.
